Renewed Strength LLC is proud to host Maryland’s Strongest Hands, a grip strength contest. Maryland’s Strongest Hands will take place April 18, 2026.  This contest draws some of the strongest athletes from the mid-Atlantic region and gives new competitors a chance to compete in a welcoming setting.

Contested lifts are Ironmind Apollon’s axle double overhand deadlift (wrist support), Sorinex Saxon bar deadlift (pinch strength), Neutral grip bodyweight hold for time (crush strength) and a medley.
