Off-Season Golf Fitness - Every sport has its season, and right now golf is off-season mode in most of the Mid-Atlantic States. In this class students focus on building overall strength as it relates to the golf swing. This class will move with the seasons and transition into a pre-season class in late March and then into an in-season class around the middle of May. The class is limited to 10 participants and is 60 minutes.
