Forming Strength –Intro Strength Training Class for current Middle Schoolers
For those going into Grades 7-9 in the fall
Renewed Strength’s Forming Strength class is designed to optimize strength for boys and girls in the developmental time frame of early adolescence. The program’s focus on strength training will establish proper technique in movement patterns (including squat, hip hinge, row and press), create timely neuromuscular development, and gain strength that is more difficult to acquire at an older age.
The class is taught by Owner, John Foelber.
Tuesday and Thursday 2:00p.m.-3:30p.m.
